CONSTITUTION
BILL OF RIGHTS
Thank you for visiting Rich Belitz's website. We plan to keep this site up-to-date with new info as the campaign progresses. Belitz considers it a privilege to represent the Libertarian Party for the 77th Assembly District. We encourage you to visit this site frequently, and please feel free to contact Rich Belitz directly with any questions or comments.

Please do not forget to vote Tuesday, November 7, 2006. We need all of our Freedom and Liberty loving friends to get out and vote.

I am running because the ethics crisis with the leadership in the two old parties must be dealt with now. The left and right politicians have lost touch with every-day Americans, they only seem to work for corporate donors and special interests. It is our job to change the business-as-usual culture in Sacramento. Together we can bring government back to the people.

I PLEDGE THE FOLLOWING:

I have not and will not accept gifts, or money from lobbyists or any other special interest groups.

No more undue influence, from special interest groups.

Our community will benefit greatly from my experience as a small business owner. I have first hand knowledge on the problems facing California and will work for:

Balancing the Budget: I oppose runaway state spending and will push for government reforms.

Create a Business Friendly Atmosphere: I will work for legislation to attract new business to California and to keep business from moving away.

Create Competition in Education: I will improve schools without more spending.

Tax Reforms: I oppose more taxes.

I would be honored to have your vote in November.

Do not waste your vote on the lesser of 2 evils. By voting on the lesser, you are telling them that they are doing a good job. Thus wasting your vote

If you would like to help by volunteering. Please click on the volunteer tab on this page or printout my Flyer, make copies and pass them out to your friends and family.

And/Or, if you would like to make a donation please click on the donation tab, it would help our cause of freedom and liberty greatly.

I would also like to encourage everyone to take the Constitution Class (on the right hand side of this page). The class is taught by Michael Badnarik in 2003. Michael ran as the Libertarian Presidential Candidate in 2004. He is currently running for Congress in Texas. For more info on Badnarik's 2006 campaign, please visit http://www.badnarik.org

If you don't know the difference between a right and a privilege, the class is a must see! If you think you know the difference, then answer this question: Is the US a democracy? For the answer (surprisingly), watch the classes.

Thanks again for all that you do for your liberty.

Best Regards,

Rich Belitz
